Announcing Revature XChange: What’s next in talent acquisition

Revature XChange, our online platform for finding, interviewing, and hiring tech talent, is now live. Visit client.revature.com for direct access to hundreds of software engineers that have already completed, or will soon complete, our award-winning, rigorous training program. Our new, fully online portal has been client-tested and already had a positive impact on businesses.

As the world’s leading talent enablement organization, we are committed to helping our clients lead through change. During Covid, we quickly identified the need to help companies identify emerging tech talent without the in-person touch points we all relied on. Within months we stood up the beta version of Revature XChange, an online marketplace that provides our clients with 24×7 access to tech talent. Client feedback encouraged us to continue to invest in the platform, which is now available to the general public. We saw that online hiring made sourcing and onboarding tech talent more inclusive, faster and easier.
